Professional Photography

In addition to professional, high-definition photos, both drone and twilight photography will be used when appropriate. I also utilize multiple photographers, videographers, and 3D modeling technology from Matterport on each property and create multiple marketing campaigns(static, dynamic, targeted, retargeted, and many more) that excite and attract as much buyer potential as possible. These visuals help capture your home's best features and showcase it in all of its elegance. We create a story for each home and tell it to the world.

Video Marketing

I use multiple listing videos to help your home gain exposure and showcase your home through video. This allows potential buyers to see every corner of your home from the comfort of theirs. These videos are also used in one of my geo-fencing strategies on streaming services, YouTube, Google PPC, and others. The videos range in format from handheld device in vertical format, lifestyle videos, guided tours, and MLS compliant video tours. Imagine someone knowing they want to buy your home before even seeing it in person.

Every property listed gets a custom-developed property website. The website is an amalgamation of all marketing bundled into one site. It is the foundation of all marketing campaigns created for each property and allows us to further lock-in buyers. Several custom workflows are built in the back-end of each property site from mortgage and payment calculations, property tours, property feature showcases, custom coding, CRM workflows, email nurture campaigns, just to name a few.

This allows me to present your home in a clean and visually pleasing way to make sure we are displaying your home in the best light. Some of the services provided would be fresh paint, fixture updates, professional cleaning, among others.
