1 | Connect & Discuss Options

During our initial call and meeting, we'll get to know you and your goals and determine if we want to work together. Being compatible is a key component to our success and I strive to deliver the best results for all of my clients and prospects. I'll also take this time to explain how I plan to represent and guide you at every step of the process.

2 | Get Pre-Approved

The last thing you want to do is fall in love with a home that's simply outside of your price range. Much like we don't want to waste time looking at lesser homes than what you are able to purchase. Getting pre-approved for a loan will prevent this from happening and allow you to focus on looking at homes that not only meet your criteria but fit within your price range. As I always tell my buyers, “You live in the payment, not the purchase price!”

3 | Find the One

Not only will I send you listings that meet your criteria, but I'll also set you up on MLS alerts so every new listing that meets your criteria is sent straight to your inbox. Another option that I have had great success with is hunting for options off-market. My proven strategy for this method was responsible for almost 30% of my 2022 volume! After browsing homes online and visiting the ones you really love in person, we'll get together and decide which home is the one!

4 | Write an Offer

I'll offer my professional opinion of value and help you write a competitive offer, which is important in such a competitive market. Lucky for you, I'm an expert in this market and you can count on me to always do what's in your best interest.

5 | Close & Celebrate!

Congratulations! It's time to close on your dream home. On closing day, the final paperwork is signed and the home is officially handed over to you. You'll receive the keys, closing gifts, and that's it, you're officially a new homeowner!
